Intent: THE WHY

Each real estate project is carefully put together to extend home buyers maximum benefit of a brand’s core values and the property’s geographical context. Often, a buyer’s decision shouldn’t simply be based on ‘nearest’, or ‘cheapest’.

Challenge: THE WHAT

For a brand that has multiple simultaneous projects, it is important to present a comparable perspective of all their properties to buyers so that they get maximum value on their investment. Giving a visual experience of all Puravankara’s properties with a unifying concept to customers on a single floor - showcasing their upcoming and ready to move in apartments - was what had to be done.

Magic: THE HOW

Using Chanakya - arguably the strongest metaphor for real world wisdom - the event was branded as a Big 72 Hour sale. Floor plans of all projects were exhibited in a single exhibition that ran for three days, as a huge Chanakya cut out welcomed the attendees. Like any smart sale, special prices and saving schemes like Purva Cash for Savings and On Spot Booking Offers were announced for those who made their investments in the exhibition. The idea was a success, and went on to become a multi-season event for Puravankara.
